So been a while Hugs won body rock welly was OK but boring did some nice circle runs so I'm cool

Ran a small comp for pacy and color which was nice felt good maybe its something i should look into got another red rag coming up for rob and jay so another 2 leave my nest which is kind of sad for me losing friends and people i can trust but hey everyone has got to go travel and find them selves so there character and dancing can get better plus it will be really good for me too , being by myself again just training fighting the flesh fight and not worry about the crew , shits been really strange lately with my life i think it be good just to bring it back to me , also wifey told she going on holiday back to japan in march not sure if that's a good thing or good thing yet hahaha .... and dancing has been feeling nice u know what mean just smooth little run with no effort and and I'm happy for that
